Make file folder labels for a whole office from one list. Pick a sheet, sort the folders your way and print a test before you run the full list.
Free while in beta · no card needed
Folder labels are narrow, so pick a sheet that matches the tab and the text you need:
| Sheet | Size | Labels per sheet | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Avery® 5366 | ⅔" × 3 7/16" | 30 | File folder tabs |
| Avery® 5160 | 1" × 2⅝" | 30 | Box, drawer and shelf labels |
| Avery® 5161 | 1" × 4" | 20 | Wider folder labels and small spine labels |
| Avery® L7160 | 63.5 × 38.1 mm | 21 | Office labels on A4 paper |
Check each sheet page for the full measurements before you buy.
Real spine-insert sheets are not supported in LabelPeel yet. For a binder spine, use Avery® 5161, which is 1 inch by 4 inches, as a small spine label. You can also choose the Custom size option and enter the measurements of your own spine. Measure the spine first, and print one test on plain paper before you print the full sheet.
Write each folder name the same way. If one folder says Contracts and another says Contract, the sort and the colors will not match. Use one Year column for the year and one Client column for the client name. Then the AI helper can sort and color the labels with plain requests, and your office can find each folder quickly.
The AI helper changes every label at once. These requests fit folder labels:
Avery® 5366 labels are ⅔ inch by 3 7/16 inches, with 30 labels per sheet. Check the size of your folder tab before you buy, so the label fits.
Not with a spine-insert sheet yet. For a small spine label, use Avery® 5161, which is 1 inch by 4 inches, or choose the Custom size option and enter your own measurements.
Yes. Type a plain request such as color by year, and the AI helper changes the color of every label that matches.
Avery® L7160 is an A4 sheet with 21 labels per sheet, each 63.5 by 38.1 mm. It is a good choice for office labels on A4 paper.
LabelPeel is free while in beta, and you do not need a card. You can try it on the home page without an account.
