No more mail merge

Word's mail merge takes 7 steps. LabelPeel takes 3.

Mail merge is how Word turns a list into labels. It works — but it's slow, fiddly and easy to get wrong.

The old way: mail merge in Word

  1. 1Open Mailings → Start Mail Merge → Labels
  2. 2Find your label brand and product number in a long list
  3. 3Select Recipients → Use an Existing List, find your Excel file, pick the right tab
  4. 4Insert Merge Field for every line of the label
  5. 5Update Labels to copy the layout to every label
  6. 6Preview Results and fix what looks wrong
  7. 7Finish & Merge → Edit Individual Documents, then print

Want some labels in a different colour? Change them one by one, by hand.

How it works

Three steps. About a minute.

1

Paste your list

Copy the rows in Excel or Google Sheets — headings too — and paste. Or drop in an .xlsx or .csv file.

2

Pick your label sheet

Type the code from your label pack, like 5160 or L7160. The sizes are already set up.

3

Print

Print at 100% or download a PDF. Try a test page on plain paper first if you like.

The AI only gets your column names, the first 12 rows and a short summary — never your whole list. Changed your mind? Click Undo.

Also included

Small things that save a lot of time.

Click a label to fix it

Spot a typo? Click the label and type on it. Bold, colours and sizes too — for one label or all of them.

Barcodes and QR codes

Turn any column into a barcode or QR code: product codes, links, ticket numbers.

Use half-used sheets

Some labels already used? Start printing from the next free one, so no sheet goes to waste.

Lines up first time

Every sheet uses its real measurements. A test page on plain paper and a small nudge setting fix a printer that's a little off.

Your logo, fonts and colours

Add your logo and choose from 23 fonts, from clean to handwritten.

Saved for next time

Your labels stay in your account. Open, copy or print them again any time.

Your list is saved in your own account. When you ask the AI for a change, it gets your column names, the first 12 rows and a short summary so it understands your request — never the whole list.
