Free thank you stickers

Make thank you stickers for orders, favors and events. Use one design on every sticker, or a name from your list on each one.

Free while in beta · no card needed

How it works

  1. Add your design or your list. Use one design for every sticker, or paste a list with a name in each row. Each row becomes one sticker.
  2. Pick a round or square sheet. Choose Avery® 22807 for 2-inch round stickers, or a 2.5-inch round sheet for a bigger thank you. Square sheets are also available.
  3. Add your logo, then print. Add your logo and the thank you line. Print a test on plain paper, hold it over a sheet, then print at 100%.

Round or square?

Round stickers look friendly on a bag or a card. Square stickers give more room for a logo and a short message. Pick the sheet that matches your shape and the size of your logo:

SheetShape and sizeLabels per sheetGood for
Avery® 228072" round12Small thank you stickers for orders
OnlineLabels OL10272.5" round12Bigger round stickers with a logo
SheetLabels SL1082.5" round12The same size from another brand
Avery® 82931.5" round20Small favors and tiny seals
SheetLabels SL1071.67" round24Medium round stickers
Avery® 228062" square12Square stickers with a logo

Check each sheet page for the full measurements before you buy. A logo that is too small on a 1.5-inch sticker may be hard to see.

Same design or a name on each one

Use one design when every sticker says the same thing, such as a shop logo on a bag seal. Use a list when each sticker needs a name, such as a wedding favor for each guest, or a baby shower gift for each family. Paste the list with the heading row, and the names fill the sheet in order.

Common problems

  • The logo is hard to see. Make it bigger, or make the text shorter. A small sticker has little room for a logo and a long message.
  • The names are cut off. Shorten the text for that sticker only, and keep the rest of the sheet the same.
  • The stickers do not line up. Check the paper size, turn off Fit to page and print at 100%.

Ideas you can type

The AI helper changes every label at once. Try asking for:

  • "Put the logo at the top and the thank you line in the middle"
  • "Put the first name in big letters above Thank you"
  • "Make the stickers for Wedding favors gold"
  • "Make the labels where Type is Baby shower pink"
  • "Make it elegant"

Before you print

  • Use the right paper. Most sheets on this list are US Letter. Check the paper size in the print window.
  • Print at 100%. Turn off Fit to page, so the stickers keep their size.
  • Test first. Print one page on plain paper, and hold it over a sheet of stickers.

Tips

  • Keep the thank you line short, so it fits on a small sticker.
  • Use a clear logo file with a plain background, so it prints sharp.
  • Use the same spelling for every name, and check the list before you print.
  • Order a few spare stickers for mistakes.
  • For the basics of a list in a spreadsheet, see how to print labels from Excel. You can also find free Word and PDF templates for every sheet.

Questions

Can I add my logo to thank you stickers?

Yes. Add your logo in the Design step, then ask the AI helper to make it smaller or move it, such as to the top of every sticker.

Can I use a different name on each sticker?

Yes. Paste a list with one name in each row. Each row becomes one sticker, so every sticker gets its own name.

Which size is best for round stickers?

Avery® 22807 has 12 round labels, each 2 inches wide. SheetLabels SL108 and OnlineLabels OL1027 are 2.5 inches wide, with 12 per sheet.
